NSA offers adult programs that specialize in:
NSA's philosophy follows Guro Dan Inosanto's teachings through Guro Ron Balicki and Diana Lee Inosanto, which is taking what is useful and rejecting what is useless. This means we take a more modern approach to martial arts teaching and training. We keep an open mind to all martial art styles. At NSA adults don't wear traditional gi's, (white jacket) and we don't perform traditional katas. Our training focuses on building attributes such as speed, coordination, timing and power with realistic training drills and a street oriented mindset. NSA teaches techniques used in the following ranges of combat:
